Prices Prices are shown in the chosen currency, currently Swedish kronor and NOK. All prices are shown including or excluding VAT depending on your choice in the shop. We invoice private individuals within the EU including VAT. Companies outside Sweden with a valid VAT number are invoiced excluding VAT.
Payment Companies, government agencies and municipalities within the EU and Norway can pay by credit card, prepayment or via invoice after approved credit check. Payment terms for invoice payment are 15 or 30 days net. Private individuals can pay Klarna.

Orders can be placed directly in the e-shop or by phone and email.
We always confirm your order within 24 hours. Check that all information is correct otherwise contact us immediately.
Delivery time
Delivery time is normally 1-3 days within the Nordic countries and 2 - 5 days within the rest of the EU. We deliver within 24 hours from our warehouse in Sweden.
Delivery terms - bags and bags with special fittings
1. general
These terms of delivery apply to all deliveries from Nordicase, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The delivery is otherwise subject to the provisions of NLS 95 (Nordic Delivery Regulations for Machinery and Other Mechanical, Electrical and Electronic Equipment).
In the event of any conflict between these terms and NLS 95, these terms shall prevail.

All drawings, technical documentation and other documentation produced by Nordicase on behalf of the customer form part of the delivery and must be approved by the customer before production,
Drawings are prepared based on the information and conditions provided by the customer. Nordicase is not responsible for errors or deficiencies due to incomplete or incorrect information from the customer.
Approved drawings shall be considered binding for the scope, execution and function of the delivery. Nordicase is not responsible for errors in drawings approved by the customer.
Orders made in accordance with a customer-unique drawing cannot be canceled or returned.
3. changes
Any changes after drawings have been approved must be in writing and may entail adjustment of price and delivery time. Nordicase reserves the right to charge costs for redesign and any additional work.
4. delivery
Delivery takes place according to the agreed delivery plan. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery is made in accordance with NLS 95.

5 Responsibility for installation and use
Unless otherwise agreed, the customer is responsible for the assembly, installation and use of the delivered products. Nordicase is not liable for damage resulting from incorrect installation or use that deviates from the instructions provided.
6 Limitation of liability
Nordicase's liability is limited in accordance with the provisions of NLS 95. Nordicase is not liable for indirect damages such as loss of production, loss of profit or other consequential damages.
7 Intellectual property rights
Drawings and technical solutions produced by Nordicase remain the property of Nordicase unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Customer has the right to use these only for the intended purpose linked to the delivery in question.
8 Disputes
Disputes arising from the delivery shall be settled in accordance with the provisions of NLS 95, unless otherwise agreed.
Complaints and guarantees
Pelieu.com (STT) is responsible for the warranty on all products in accordance with applicable legislation to private individuals. To companies we deliver in accordance with NLS95 and our manufacturers' warranty conditions. Peli provides a "lifetime warranty" on all unbreakable bags and industrial and ATEX-classified lamps. (The warranty does not apply to batteries and xenon lamp modules). Backpacks and work lights have a 1-year warranty.
The warranty also does not apply to neglect or abnormal use.Care instructions must also be followed for the warranty to apply.
Returns Returns are accepted in original packaging max 30 days after you received your products. After the agreed return, the item must be returned, (you as a customer are responsible for the freight). Should the return be due to the fact that we delivered errors, we are responsible for the return freight. A copy of the invoice must be included with the return and the bank account / bank account to which the refund is to be made
